Climbpass

Climbing gyms in Singapore are facing issues with their current check-in and check-out processes. This is in terms of bottlenecking, filling up long waiver forms multiple times and difficulty for customers with time constraint passes to follow through with the time constraint. The implications of these issues are detrimental to the business as it affects the user experience and may lead to a loss in customers.

Climbpass fixes this issue as it streamlines the check-in process of climbers, improving user experiences at climbing gyms.

Using an interative approach to complete the different phases of ideation and prototyping, it allowed us to ideate and produce faster results, creating both a lo-fi and hi-fi version of our application design. We also incorporated techniques to aid us in this journey such as Nielsen's 10 general principles for interaction design (heuristics), parallel prototyping and conducting web experiments.
